Portfolio Manager’s Engagement Policy (the “Policy”)

Elan Capital Management Oy (the “Firm”) does not offer portfolio management services with shares traded on an EEA regulated market and therefore the Firm is not implementing a Policy in accordance with requirements set out in the Investment Services Act (paragraph 5) and does not have the reporting obligation in regards to the Policy.
